Return & Refund Policy
At Purely Herbs PK, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality herbal products; however, if you experience an issue with your order, we offer returns or refunds strictly under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
A return request will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, leaked, broken, or incomplete. All return requests must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Original invoice or order proof must be provided. Visual evidence may be required for verification. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products, items returned due to personal preference, or products damaged due to improper handling are non-returnable.
Refund Process:
Processed via Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, or Easy Paisa within 2-4 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
